The Diocese of Kimberley and Kuruman is part of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa, which includes thirty dioceses in South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia, Mozambique, Angola and St Helena Island.
Geographically, it is one of the largest dioceses, stretching (West to East) from Keimoes and Kakamas in the western part of the Northern Cape to Kimberley on the eastern border of the Northern Cape, and (North to South) from Mahikeng on the Botswana border to De Aar in the middle of the Karoo.
